Description
A moment of experience in the unique environment of Hailuoto. The trip begins with a 500-meter long forest meditation walk, the goal of which is to calm down, sense the nature around us, and lower our body’s stress levels by immersing ourselves in a peaceful moment in nature. After a leisurely walk, we arrive at a hut, in front of which we will do a 20-minute gentle yoga exercise, listening to our own body. The body-opening movement series are performed in standing positions, so you do not need a yoga mat to participate. After these exercises that increase our connection with nature, we move to the hut by the campfire, to enjoy a pot of coffee or an herbal drink with a snack.
- Event duration approximately 2 hours
- Organized at Kujalan Tila’s Kieppi experience hut and its surroundings
- Relax with a forest meditation walk and yoga practice
- Serve snacks, herbal tea and soot-pot coffee by the open fire in the hut
- Dress according to the weather
- Number of participants min. 10 and max. 24, larger groups will be divided into two parts
- Barrier-free access to the hut, toilets not barrier-free
- Free parking
