Tenderloin is the tenderest and most valuable part of the beef. Tenderloin is usually used to make fillet steaks, such as Coeur de filet, chateaubriand, pepper, leaf and mignon steaks. Both frying and grilling are suitable for cooking.

Tenderloin is delivered vacuum-packed. Choose the fillet size (kg) below.
