Minced meat

Kujala Minced meat is made from selected cuts of beef. Minced meat includes neck, fore-leg, kick, shoulder and sometimes even roast. Before grinding, the excess fat, membranes and connective tissue, or tendons, are removed from the meat. The grinding is done twice. This ensures a consistent quality of minced meat.

Our minced meat has a fat content of around 8%. On request, we can also produce fattier minced meat.

The minced meat is packed approx. 500 g for vacuum. On request, we can also supply frozen minced meat.
